Sail to engage your teams

Seminaire team building Team Winds

TEAM-BUILDING SEMINARS

Strengthen your team’s bonds through the power of crew sailing.

This isn’t just a boat ride, a sailing lesson, a team game, a competitive regatta, or an inspiring gathering… It’s all of that — and so much more!

Our team-building seminars offer unique experiences that deepen connections, forge new ones, and uplift team morale. They provide bursts of inspiration and mini getaways in a stunning setting — a rewarding experience that feels good and truly makes sense.

Why Choose a Team-Building Seminar?

Sailing as a crew is the ultimate team-building experience.

Management, hierarchy, communication, strategy — the lessons learned on board are instantly applicable to the workplace. Through the immersive experience of nature and collective play, your teams connect, sometimes compete in healthy rivalry, and discover a unique environment and breathtaking landscapes.

How long?

From half a day to several days (with overnight stays in hotels onshore). The ideal duration for this activity is a full day to fully enjoy the experience, but it can also be condensed into a 3-hour half-day session.

For whom?

Any team, from 4 to 150 people at once! No need to be an athlete, have prior sailing experience, or bring special equipment — everyone can take part in our participative regattas! A professional and passionate skipper is on board each boat to ensure everyone participates safely and with guidance.

What’s the budget?

Starting from €150 (excl. tax) per person.

Coaching par la voile

sailing coaching

Develop professional skills through crew sailing.

Stay the course, take the helm, demonstrate leadership, foster team cohesion, anticipate and plan, sense the wind shifting, react quickly, and strive for performance… These are all challenges shared by sailing and business, which can be worked on both at sea and on land.

With our team of sailing-coaching specialists, we design workshops that highlight the strong parallels between these two worlds, tailoring the experience to your organization. These sailing-based coaching sessions are designed to be integrated into team seminars or training programs for your teams.

Why choose sailing-based coaching?

In tune with today’s corporate challenges, we bring our unique expertise as sailors and entrepreneurs to support managers and leadership teams seeking an experiential learning journey focused on leadership and collective work. Through these workshops, you’ll develop individual and collective professional skills by stepping outside the usual framework — with a fun, meaningful activity immersed in nature!

Our coaches guide you through each step: from clarifying your goals and expectations to creating a tailor-made coaching program, and finally, delivering the session in alignment with your seminar or training objectives.

How long?

The ideal duration for this activity is a full day, including both sea and land-based sessions, with time for custom workshop design beforehand.

For whom?

Leadership teams, managers, and any team facing transformation challenges or looking to go beyond traditional team building. Led by certified professional skippers and facilitated by coaches specializing in your business challenges, our sailing workshops reveal the deep connections between sailing and corporate dynamics. These sessions are ideal for teams of 4 to 50 people seeking to build skills in an unconventional environment.
