OUR NAUTICAL AGENCY

We invite our corporate clients to share our societal commitment.

OUR MISSION

We create immersive sailing experiences that foster teamwork, performance, and leadership.

As a human-centered nautical agency, we focus on personal development through sailing. Led by professional skippers with coaching expertise, our programs provide an engaging and participatory adventure where participants quickly take control of the sailboat.

From one-day team-building sessions to multi-day leadership coaching programs, Team Winds has been supporting businesses for over 15 years in organizing meaningful nautical events. These experiences enable professionals to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas in a unique, non-traditional setting.

In response to today’s business challenges, we offer leadership development programs through sailing-based coaching workshops led by certified instructors and expert facilitators.

WE STAND BY OUR VALUES

People First

We are multidisciplinary professionals and specialists in pedagogy. Our clients are partners and individuals before they are job titles or organizations. We design tailor-made sailing programs, adapting our expertise to your specific needs.

Commitment drives us

Aware of the societal challenges we face, we continuously assess our impact on the environment and invest our time and expertise to make sailing accessible to all. This creates a virtuous cycle where our business strengthens our commitments.

Environmental Commitment: Our nautical base and its 18 sailboats are located in the heart of the Calanques National Park. We take daily action to limit our environmental footprint through concrete measures applied within our company.

Social Commitment: We dedicate part of our profits to supporting local associations and communities in their sailing projects and offer corporate clients the opportunity to sponsor “suspended boats.”

Experience is the key to our sailing programs

At the core of a learning experience where everyone is an active participant, our experienced instructors put you at the helm of a crewed sailboat. Trial and error are encouraged, allowing you to leave with a fresh perspective on your skills and your teammates.

OUR CSR COMMITMENTS

Aware of the societal challenges that shape our world, we continuously assess our environmental impact and invest time and expertise to make sailing accessible to all. This creates a virtuous cycle where our business strengthens our commitments.

Environmental Commitments

Focus: Longevity & Reuse – A Concrete Environmental Commitment

For nearly 30 years, Team Winds has fostered teamwork and collective strength through regattas.

Like many sailors, we witness marine pollution firsthand and strive to protect the environment we sail in. We firmly believe that combining our efforts is the key to tackling ambitious challenges. Our first priority is extending the lifespan of our boats—opting for durable repairs over quick fixes. We invest in high-quality, long-lasting materials and maintenance techniques.

Another challenge? Eliminating single-use plastics at our events. No more disposable water bottles or sponsor stickers on boat hulls. Instead, we’ve developed reusable textile panels sewn into the mainsails and attached with Velcro, proudly displaying your company’s colors—at sea and back in the office!

Engagement environnemental

Social Commitments

We dedicate part of our profits to supporting local associations and communities in their sailing projects. We also invest in training the sailing instructors of tomorrow—our employees are part of the teaching staff for the BPJEPS Cruising Instructor certification, in partnership with the French Sailing Federation.

Focus: Suspended Boats – A Concrete Societal Commitment for Businesses

We invite our corporate clients to share our societal commitment by participating in concrete actions that introduce sailing to underprivileged individuals who have no access to the sea.

Clients booking seminars or team-building events with us can fund an additional boat, bearing their company’s colors, which will be “suspended” and included in an annual solidarity event we organize with our partners, Marseille Capitale de la Mer and Ligue Sud de Voile.

Why It Matters

  • Your company engages in a meaningful social action that can be integrated into your CSR strategy.
  • Your employees can actively participate by sailing alongside the beneficiaries.
  • You gain media exposure with event photos, videos, and interviews.
